- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to make a sole source commercial purchase from PeopleSoft for their HRMS End User Training (EUT) software modules and related materials and licenses in support of the Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS). PeopleSoft is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the HRMS software. This purchase is intended to replace and enhance the current folio help system. A firm fixed price purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.5 is anticipated
