Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for GSA Schedule Holders only for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; however a copy of the written solicitation must be requested as stated below. The Request for Quotation number is EXIM-02-Q-0024. The acquisition size for this requirement is unlimited. There is one line item and the contract period is a basic 12-month period and four option periods. The line item states that contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, expenses, and travel to provide the following: claims and amendment services to the Export Import Bank of the US in accordance with (IAW) the contractor?s statement of work (SOW) which will be made a part of this contract. Contractor will be paid a monthly fee to manage this contract. (Monthly fee is based on GSA Schedule labor rates.) The delivery and acceptance of the claims and amendments requirement will be the Export-Import Bank of the US. Offerors interested in this requirement are advised to request an electronic copy of the procurement package, which contains the RFQ with Schedule B, Instructions to Offerors, and a Statement of Objectives (SOO). Offerors will be required to prepare a Statement of Work IAW the instructions listed in the SOO. Evaluation criteria are listed in the Instructions to Offerors. This is a Best Value requirement and the Government reserves the right to award a contract to other than the lowest price. Proposals are due to the Contracting Officer by 12:00 p.m. on August 29, 2002 at the Export-Import Bank of the US, Room 1023, 811 Vermont Ave NW, Washington DC, 20571.
