- The Small Business Solutions Development Center, Federal Technology Service, GSA is issuing a pre-solicitation notice & market survey for a counter narcotic acoustic buoy system. The survey is attached to this notice. Interested parties please respond to the survey back by electronic mail attachment to Janna.Babcock@gsa.gov by August 8, 2002. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be a total small business set-aside, and issued using FAR 12. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 19, 2002, in www.FedBizOpps.gov.
