- Description
- For planning purposes, market information is requested to support development of a full Property & Operational Service contract that will manage a federal asset or portfolio of assets. It is anticipated the requirement will include a range of requirements that provide services, resources & management necessary for complete property management, staff support and service to customers, while focusing on quality practices. It is tentatively anticipated the following types of work will be included: Manage all services related to the maintenance of the asset to include; Operations & Maintenance (Janitorial,Recycling,Landscape and Utility Service Contracts); Develop and prepare annual budget and Asset Plans; Prepare monthly/quarterly reports; Develop and review minor and major capital needs; Manage and deliver tenant services (including reimbursable); Work with Owner on Asset goals and long-range objectives; and Develop Performance Criteria. Above categories of work are subject to change depending on further definition of requirement. The types of information we are seeking (but not limited to) include: Scope of services/specifications; Criteria to be used as a basis for contractor selection; Approaches for phasing in services;Approaches that can be used to expand the services to include additional facilities; Contract type Incentives and performance measurement. A solicitation is not available at this time. A Request for Proposal is tentatively scheduled to be issued this fall. The intent of this information request, is to incorporate industry practices into the acquisition. All firms providing input to this request will be offered an opportunity to participate in a roundtable discussion supporting development of this acquisition. In addition to roundtable discussions, we will provide participants an opportunity to review and comment on the 90% draft RFP.
