This amendment to RFQ02000104 includes adding floorplans (CAD) and makes a change in the vendor qualifications. A copy of amendment A0003 may be downloaded from www.eps.gov. This is a commercial item acquisition. A copy of the RFQ will be available for download on or about 5/24/02, at www.eps.gov.
