Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for various commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation N61339-02-R-0070 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-04. The solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to L-3 AMI Instruments, Inc., Broken Arrow, OK 74012. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 334111 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The following items are required: CLIN 0001, Receiver Selector Panel, P/N: 9005943-01, 1 each; CLIN 0002, ICS Sta Sel Panel, P/N: 9005941-01, 1 each; CLIN 0003, KY-58 Control Panel Assy, P/N: 9005925-01, 1 each; CLIN 0004, Compass Control Panel, P/N: 9005945-01, 1 each; CLIN 0005, Master Caution Panel, P/N: 9005915-01, 1 each; CLIN 0006, Aux Control Panel, P/N: 9005913-01, 1 each; CLIN 0007, AN/ALE E-39 CD Cntrl Pnl Assy, P/N: 9004574-01, 1 each; CLIN 0008, AFAC Control Panel, P/N: 9005906, 1 each; CLIN 0009, AD Control Panel Assy, P/N: 9005905-01, 1 each; CLIN 0010, Transmitter Sel Panel, P/N: 9005924-01, 1 each; CLIN 0011, ICS Pilot/Copilot PE, P/N: 9005923-01, 1 each; CLIN 0012, ATT REF HDG(AHRS) C, P/N: 9005945-01, 1 each; CLIN 0013, AFCS Engage Controls, P/N: 9005958-01, 1 each; CLIN 0014, Radio Panel Pilot/CO, P/N: 9005956-01, 1 each; CLIN 0015, ICS Pilot/Copilot PE, P/N: 9005923-02, 1 each; ship MCAS New River, NC 28545, delivery NLT 30 days; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination. The following FAR/DFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, 52.212-3 ALTERNATE 1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 (Dev), 252.212-7001. The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(b) apply: (12), (13), (14), (15), (16), (22). The following subparagraphs of FAR 52.212-5(c) apply: None. The following clauses of DFARS 52.212-7001(b) and (c) apply: 252-225-7001. A COMPLETED COPY OF THE FOLLOWING MUST BE INCLUDED WITH THE QUOTE: FAR 52.212-3 AND DFARS 252.212-7000. The following clause also apply: DFARS 252.204-7004, "Required Central Contractor Registration". The DPAS rating for this solicitation is N/A. See Note 22 (forty-five days is changed to read fifteen days).
