Description: NA The Contractor is to provide all labor, equipment, materials and transportation to perform all operations in connection with servicing and maintaining automatic temperature, electric, electronic, heat pumps, and pneumatic control systems. All services are to be performed in accordance with the manufacturer?s instructions. Preventive maintenance, repairs and replacement of defective parts, complete controls, heat pumps, air compressors, and service calls are all required to maintain these systems. This req uirement is for a base period and four option periods. This requirement is solicited as a competitive acquisition and is 100% small business set-aside. The applicable SIC Code is 7699 and the NAICS code is 811310. The applicable size standards are 5 mil lion. The solicitation will be available for download on approximately September 3, 2002 and proposals are due on approximately Sep tember 27, 2002.
