- Description
- The National Gallery of Art will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the requirement for the furnishing of uniforms and laundry service for the Facilities Management workforce, on or about July 31, 2002. The custom shirt for the uniforms is to be a polo shirt style, and must be furnished in both long and short sleeve versions. All shirts must have a breast pocket. The contractor will be required embroider a logo on the pocket. The contract will have a base period and four one year option periods. A pre-proposal conference will be held approximately two weeks after release of the solicitation. Requests for copies of the solicitation may be e-mailed to: p-barber@nga.gov. Requests for copies of the solicitation must state the name of the firm, the contact person, the firm?s address, phone and fax numbers, the contact person?s email address, and the RFP number NGA02-RFP-012. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
