No collect calls. DESC: Procurement of Distillates and Residuals for the Overseas Ships? Bunker Program 1.3A for Europe and Middle East. Distillates are Marine Gas Oil, NSN: 9140-01-417-6843. Residuals are Fuel Oil, Intermediate (180) NSN: 9140-01-417-6645 and Fuel Oil, Intermediate (380) NSN: 9140-01-417-6632. The total estimated quantities are 13,826 (MT) of MGO, 17,700 (MT) of IFO 180 and 18,000 (MT) of IFO 380. Fuel is to be delivered to overseas locations as ships? bunkers, for DoD and Federal Civilian vessels by various methods unless otherwise stated. Award is anticipated by October 15, 2002. Ordering period is from date of award through September 30, 2004. Delivery period is from date of award through October 31, 2004.
