Description

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to demolish and reconstruct the exterior entry stairs and ramp of the main building in order to make interior modifications to the toilet rooms, fire alarms and door hardware. The period of performance is 120 calendar days after contractor receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This procurement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this project is open to both small and large businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 233320 (formerly SIC Code 1542). The Small Business Size standard is $28.5 million. The due date for bids is approximately 10/17/2002. This office does not issue solicitation or amendments in paper form.
