Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to erect a government furnished Miracle Truss metal storage building on an existing concrete pad at United States Coast Guard Atlantic Strike Team, Fort Dix, New Jersey. Work includes: Install non-insulated metal siding and roof panels; install insulation to roof panels; install manually operated overhead sectional service doors; install personnel doors. Unit Work Item 1: Install trench drain system, between concrete pad and asphalt drive. Unit Work Item 2: Provide new electrical service to building; install interior electrical system and lighting. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K. This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Applicable SIC code is 1541/NAICS 233310. Completion time is 60 DANTP. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency.
