- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Columbia, SC has a requirement for a contractor to furnish on-site maintenance and service including remote diagnostic technical support and user application phone support for their Coulter GENS, Model 2800. Contractor will be required to perform preventive maintenance inspections and intervening services; unlimited emergency repair services with a response time of one (1) hour by telephone and on-site within four (4) hours and provide all necessary parts and software required. Solicitation package should be ready on/about August 15, 2002 with a response time of September 17, 2002. ALL REQUESTS FOR BID PACKAGE SHALL BE IN WRITING TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AT THE ADDRESS LISTED OR FAXED TO (205) 933-4509.
