- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an Request for Proposals. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular(FAC)2001-08. The associated NAICS code is 421430. The following items are required: 0001 1 ea PEG-i-Sys Digital Server with 4 outputs, 45 hours of storage @ 8 Mbps, automation, software, and keyboard;0002 1 ea MPEG 2 Encoder; 0003 1 ea 4 Port KVM switch and network hub with cables; 0004 1 ea Sigma 16 x 16 Balanced Stereo Router Switch; 0005 1 ea CG Computer; 0006 1 ea Backup Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS); 0007 1 ea Installation Kit; 0008 1 ea 3 Rack Rails with Monitor and Sliding Keyboard Shelf, all for delivery to the Employee Education System Washington DC Studio location. Respondents shall provide prices for all of the line items. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition, including (b)(10) through (b)(16), (19)(ii), (21), (22), and (25).
