Description

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued. This announcement constitute the only solicitation: quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award set aside: 100% Small Business, NAICS CODE: 21111, SIC CODE: 1321, 500 emplyees. This RFQ contains one (1) line item: Item 0001: 100LL Aviation Fuel, delivered by fuel truck and driver, to pumped fuel into the warbirds planes requiring fuel for the 21-22 Sep 2002 Holloman AFB Air Show. Variation of 10% increase or 10% decrease is allowed for this order. Max fuel estimate: 2,500 gallons. Payment will be made for only gallons pump. Price shown are inclusive of all taxes including FET. FOB: Destination. Delivery to: Holloman AFB, NM 88330. Offers must contain a completed copy of Far 52.212-3 Offer Representations and Certifications. The offeror is required to provide their Contractor's Duns Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code with their offer. The CAGE code entered must be for the name and address provided by the contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database, (CCR). Facsimile quotes will be accepted at (505) 572-7333. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Offer due date: 15 Aug 02.
