- This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) being issued. This anouncement constitute the only solicitation: quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award set aside: 100% Small Business. NAICS CODE 332431, SIC CODE: 3411, 1,000 employees. This RFQ contains one (1) line item. Item 0001: Eleven (11), 55 gallon drums of smoke oil, used for the 22 Sept 2002 Holloman AFB Air Show. Acceptable smoke oil brands: 1010 MIL-L-6081 FedStock #9150-00-231-6676: CONOCO Pale Paraffin: TEXACO 519 Canopus-13: GULF-OIL #370: CASTRO 1010AMOCO - Amolite: SHELL-Carnae-15: FOB: DESTINATION. Delivery to: 49Trans/Fuels. Period of Performance: Smoke Oil needs to be delivered between 16 Sept 02 - 18 Sept 02. Offers must contain a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offer Representations and Certifications. The offeror is required to provide their Contractor's Duns Number and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code with thier offer. The CAGE code entered must be for the name and address provided by the contractor. Offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database, (CCR). Facsimile quotes will be accepted at (505) 572-7333. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. Offer due date: 15 Aug 02.
