CLIN 0001: CONTRACTOR SHALL PRINT MONTHLY 16-PAGE MAGAZINE, "BASE, BAY & BEYOND" USING PROVIDED DISK READY FOR OUTPUT. PRINT 12,000 COPIES, 5.5"x8.5", 80# HOUSE ENAMEL PAPER, FOUR-COLOUR PROCESS THROUGHOUT WITH BLEEDS. PROOFS ARE BLUE LINE AND MATCH PRINT, SADDLE STITCH FINISHING. CLIN 0002: INKJET ADDRESSING, TABBING, POSTAGE AND MAILING 7,000 COPIES TO ADDRESSES WITHIN UNITED STATES. ADDRESS DATA-BASE PROVIDED VIA DISK TO PRINTER ON THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH. DELIVER 5,000 UNADDRESSED MAGAZINES TO CUSTOMER POC BY 15TH OF EACH MONTH. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: MONTHLY (1 SEP 02 - 30 AUG 02) RESTRICTIONS: VENDOR IN FLORIDA, OR SURROUNDING STATES ARE PREFERRED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice is for the procurement of above mentioned requirement. As authorized by 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). ). NAICS code 511110, Size Standard $6 million.
