- NA The New Hampshire Air National Guard intends to solicit and award a position for a Family Readiness and Support Services Manager, Complete specifications are available as attachments to this solicitation. This is intended as a firm fixed price level of eff ort Base Year and four (4) option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 56111 and the small business size standard is $5 million annual gross income. All firms or businesses responding must be registered with the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR). All responsive small business offers will be considered by the agency. Offerors are required to make an oral presentation. The oral presentation will be used to assess the offeror's understanding of the Statement of Work. T he entire solicitation will be made available on the Army Single Face to Industry Acquisition Business web site (AFSI) at http:acquisition.army.mil on or about 13 August 2002.
