- NA This is a reissue of a combined synopsis/solicitation from August 5, 2002. The description of the Ram is as follows: RAM, 512 MEG, 168-pin, DIMM PC133 Compliant, Non ECC/Non-buffered, AVED product part number ST0018-I512. PCB part number 105500 used must b e listed on CMTLab website at www.cmtlabs.com/index.asp. PCB is Printed Circuit Board. The PCB was tested for and accepted by INTEL Corp. Vendor is responsible for checking CMTLab website and making sure that the manufacturer and part number is actually li sted on this website. It is mandatory that the vendor include manufacturer and part number on vendor quote. If item is not listed on this website or manufacturer and part number is not included on vendor quote, vendor quote will be considered non-responsiv e. Quantity of 500 each with delivery no later than August 22, 2002. Delivery to Lincoln, Nebraska, CRRA, 2960 North Park Road, Lincoln, NE 68502. Any and all shipping costs shall be included in the pricing of each item and not separately. If shipping p rice separately, vendor quote will be considered non-responsive. These same FARS apply: 52.212-1, 52.212-2 (meets all required specifications), 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and 52.247-34. All quotes to be e-mailed to sandra.leach@ne.ngb.army.mil no late r than 4:00 p.m. CDT, Tuesday, August 13, 2002. Set up to award on August 14, 2002. Mandatory information needed for submitting a quote is: Solicitation Number (DAHA25-02-T-0026A), Contractor Name and Address, Contractor phone and fax number, Contractor P oint of Contact, Contractor Duns & Bradstreet Number, Manufacturer and part number of Ram you are quoting on (www.cmtlabs.com/index.asp.). Failure to provide any of this information will make vendor quote non-reponsive and vendor will not be contacted to correct. All vendors/prospective contractors must be registered in the CCR database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award date of August 14, 2002. If not registered or active by 7:30 a.m. CDT on Wednesday, April 14, 2002, vendor quote will be considered non-respo nsive. Notification of award will be downloaded to www.eps.gov no later than 24 hours after award is made.
