Description: NA The US Army Environmental Policy Institute (AEPI) intends to negotiate only with Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia Tech Research Institute, to develop an Army Land Strategy to optimize training, improve ecosystem management, and optimize costs. Curr ently the Army manages about 14 million acres. Georgia Tech has subject matter expertise in strategic planning, master planning, public law and operations research as well as environmental, facilities, and financial management. GTRI is currently working o n related military land use/BRAC related projects for the Army. Technical contact is John Wuichet. AEPI Phone: 404-524-9364.
