Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: NA Provide planning, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, replacement and/or repair parts, and supplies required to operate and maintain Government-owned facilities and equipment on the Alabama River. Facilities include parks and recreation areas at R.E. ?Bob? Woodruff Lake, Dannelly Reservoir, Claiborne Lake, Alabama River lakes, and Millers Ferry Office complexes in Alabama. In addition, the Contractor will be responsible for providing custodial services for the Powerhouses at Millers Ferry and Jones Bl uff. Work to be performed includes Base year and four one-year optional periods. Refer to solicitation number in request. The solicitation package will be available on or about 28 August 2002 and must be printed from the Web site listed below. This proc urement is 100% set-aside for small business. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $23 million for the last 3 years.
