Description

NA The resulting solicitation for Request for Proposal request interested parties to submit a proposal for repair of The Sewage Lagoons located at Material Test Area at U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Yuma, AZ. Repair of the Sewage Lagoons requires work under strict accordance with the Statement of Work and the design drawings specifications. Unless indicated otherwise, all materials required for the completion of this project shall be new and not salvaged or previously used materials. The resulting contr act will be responsible of providing a complete and usable facility, and is required to furnish all labor, provide personnel, management, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform this project. The Statement of Work and the design drawings specifications will be included in the upcoming solicitation. The period of performance will be 180 calendar days. The estimated range for this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This acquisition is issued pursua nt to the Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Busines s size, NAICS 234910 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and it s affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $28.5 million.
