- The Department of State has a requirement for eighteen labor categories including Building Receptionist/Tour Guides, Information Systems and Distribution File Clerks, Drafters I-IV, Escorts I-II, Elevator Operators, Custodial Work Inspectors, Supply Technicians, Construction Planner Estimators I-II, Museum Specialists I-III, Team Leaders, Planner & Estimator I-IV, Building Management Specialist I-IV and Shipping and Receiving Dock Coordinators. Secret and Top Secret Clearances are required. The services are to be performed in the Main Department of State Building and Annexes--contemplated duration of contract, base year and four option years--this will be an indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery, firm fixed price labor hour contract. The entire solicitation will be posted or or about April 12, 2002. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-APR-2002).
