- Notice of intent to award a sole source extension of six (6) months to Ruchman and Associates, Inc., Jessup, MD for Facilities Management Support Services under authority of FAR 6.302. The Department of State has a need for the contractor to provide uninterrupted services to allow time for an upcoming recompete that will be available at the end of June 2002. Ruchman and Associates is the current incumbent. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by contacting ColvinG@state.gov. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. At such time when a competitive solicitation is issued, proposals will be accepted. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-JUN-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 06-AUG-2002.
