- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F25600-02-T-0118 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The business size standard is $6 million. Offutt AFB intends to issue a purchase order for repairing a motor on an 1800-ton chiller located in Building 500 on Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The estimated period of performance will be 1 Oct ? 15 Oct 02 depending upon the availability of fiscal year 2003 funding. The Statement of Work (SOW) for this RFQ is attached as a separate document. Price will be the only evaluation factor. THE CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD.
