- Description
- Contractor will furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, facilities and transportation necessary for hoist and crane related equipment inspection, maintenance, and annual weight certifications at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This service is being acquired under the acquisition of commercial item procedures. Service shall commence 1 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03 with (4) one-year options. This proposed procurement is under 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for those concern and its affiliates is 333923 and size standard is 500 workers. The request for proposal will be issued on or about 13 Aug 02 with receipt of proposals tentatively scheduled on or about 29 Aug 02. Award will be made on basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposal meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. Offerors are also advised that award may be made without discussions or any contact concerning the proposal received. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.
