Description

NAICS Code 561720. Custodial and Related Services at the Federal Building/U.S. Post Office in Sisseton, South Dakota. Contractor to furnish all labor, supplies, equipment and supervision to provide custodial services. Work to be performed in 5,195 square feet of a U.S. Postal facility, 2,000 square feet of office space, 880 square feet of restroom and custodial space and 2,615 square feet of public use space (square footages are approximate). Anticipated contract period is September 1, 2002 through August 31, 2003, with two 1-year option periods. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on June 28, 2002, with offers due on July 17, 2002. Anticipated award date is July 21, 2002. The solicitation will be made available electronically only on the Internet at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be mailed out. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and monitoring the site for the release of the solicitation and amendments, if any. All responsible sources will be considered. See Numbered Note 1. Please note: the town of Sisseton in Northeastern South Dakota is a remotely located small community with an estimated population of 2000. The closest larger community is 60 miles away.
