Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of Procurement and Property Management,Procurement Systems Division is seeking support services to maintain and provide knowledgebase updates for the Agriculture Contract Automation System (AGCAS). The contractor will furnish all resources and capabilities in-house (i.e. contractor facilities, materials, personnel, hardware, software,etc.) to maintain the AGCAS knowledgebase, including the incorporation into the system, in the form of monthly updates, any published changes or amendments of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Agriculture Acquisition Regulations (AGAR), and make delivery of such monthly updates to USDA contracting offices on a download basis via electronic posting. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.(Please See Government-Wide Numbered Note 22).
