- Description
- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). The purpose of this procurement is to conduct approximately 3 site visits to Ryan White Title IV Grantees to collect qualitative and quantitative data to produce a guide to best practices in the employment of consumers. The period of performance is one year. The solicitation shall be released on or about August 23, 2002 and can be downloaded from www.fedbizopps.gov by looking in the main menu under HHS/office- Health Resources and Services Administration/locations-Division of Grants and Procurement Management-posted dates.
