Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items or services prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. NIH, National Institute on Aging, Intramural Research Program, 5600 Nathan Shock Drive, Baltimore, MD has a requirement for Construction Phase Commissioning Services for the construction project at the Harbor Hospital Center, Baltimore, MD. Several tasks will need to be completed by the Commissioning Agent. Tasks include project management, preparation of a commissioning plan for the construction phase including electrical, mechanical, and specialty items, attendance and participation in project meetings, coordination and execution of commissionng meetings as necessary, and development of a final commissioning report; review and inspection of all systems to be commissioned, including review of submittals relevant to electrical, mechanical, specialty, air handling equipment, etc, systems and systems inspections to occur during the construction phase; performance of functional tests of all systems including air handling, electrical, medical gas, and specialty systems; review Operations and Management (O&M) manuals for project and provide comment to project team. These tasks and their associated actions are "listed but not limited to" the listing.
