- Provide Refuse removal services to the Federal Correctional Institution, Milan, Michigan. The services will run from 1 October 2002 - 30 September 2003. A site visit will be held on Tuesday, August 27, 2002 at 9:00 am est. The site visit is not mandatory; however, no other visit will be scheduled. A background investigation is required for the site visit.
