Description

1) Note: Contact Points: 1) Lynn Intrepidi, Contracting Officer, 215/861-5501 2) Steve Adams, 215/861-5516, Contract Specialist. 2) Solicitation 3-JC-332-51 for the Clements Job Corps Center, in Morganfield, Kentucky, will be available on Fed Biz Ops and the Job Corps Web Site approximately August 23, 2002. The solicitation will also appear on the internet at http://www.wdsc.org/jobcorps/regionalcontact.htm#2philadelphia. 3) The closing date for written proposals, Business Management Plans, Subcontracting Plans, and Staff Qualifications and Schedules will be o/a October 18, 2002. Oral presentations will be scheduled the week of November 18 - November 22, 2002. 4) A preproposal conference and site walk-thru are scheduled for September 5, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. EST. 5) The resultant cost reimbursement, fixed-fee, contract will run from May 1, 2003 through April 30, 2005, with three unilateral option years. 6) The average capacity of the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Center is 1630 students: residential males 1,180 residential 4,500 females. 7) The agency will consider proposals submitted by any responsible source.
