- This Request for Quotes is under FAR Part 13 procedures. No written solicitation documents exist for this requirement. The above RFQ is restricted to 100% small business concerns. The NAICS Code for this product is 451110 and size standard is $6.0M. All prices should include shipping with FOB Destination for delivery to Lackland AFB, TX 78236. This RFQ is for Brand Name or Equal for a quantity of two each Binocular Laser Range Finder 7X42MM, MFG: Leica VIPER, Model LV11-Mod 1. This item must be able to measure distance, Azimuth and Elevation with RMS 232 Data Interface Range: > 4000 Meters Total of 8 Distance and Angular Measurements-Inclusive of Mod 0 (Leica VIPER II); -Night Vision Interface Mount for the AN/PVS-14 or AN/PVS-18; -Amagnetic Tactical Tripod; -Polymer Resin Hard Transit Case (MIL-C-4150).. Note that 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. In addition, the clauses at: 52.212-3; Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4, Contract Term and Conditions?Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Deviation) applies to this request. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contracting Register (CCR) as prescribed by DFARS 252.204-7004. CCR can be obtained by calling 1-888-227-2423 or accessed via the internet.
