Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, amterials, vehicles, supervision,and other items and services necessary to load and remove solid waste from Camp Zama, Japan, anc conduct proper disposal services off Base. The contractor shall perform the services to meet commercial standards and be in compliance with applicable local regulations and Japanese Laws. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
