Description

NA The KyANG offers a hotel room to those guardspeople who travel in excess of 60 miles for the Unit Training Assembly each month. If your hotel is interested in bidding the following requirement, please request a bid package per e-mail, fax, or mail. In or der for the DOD to do business with a company, it is mandatory the company be registered with Central Contractor Registration. Registration can be completed at http://www.ccr.gov. The dates and approximate number of rooms the KyANG will need are based on the Fiscal Year 2003. The UTA dates are (Oct 4,5)(Nov 1,2)(Dec 6,7)(Jan 10,11)(Feb drill Jan 31,Feb 1)(Mar drill Feb 28, Mar 1)(Apr 4,5)(May 16,17)(Jun 6,7)(Jul 11,12)(Aug 8,9)(Sep 12,13) Approximately 20 rooms will be needed on the Friday dates, and 65-7 0 rooms on the Saturday dates. Hotels are required to be within 10 miles of the Louisville International Airport.
