Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to provide custodial services for the Naval Reserve Center, Glens Falls, NY. Custodial service applies to all designated spaces including, but not limited to, halls, restrooms, office spaces, work areas, entranceways and lobbies. Contract will be for 12 months with an additional 48 months of options available at the Contracting Officer's discretion. The issue date for specifications is 23 August 2002. Estimated cost range for the base period: Under $25,000. The NAICS code is 561720 and the size standard is $14 million. This solicitation is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Availability of the solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Specifications will NOT be directly provided in a paper hard copy format. The address for downloading this solicitation from the Internet is http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Downloading from the Internet is free of charge, however, some specifications will take a considerable amount of time to download. All prospective offerors are required to register on the Naval Facilities Engineering Command ESOL website for this project when specifications become available. Official planholders will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. If you fail to register, the Government cannot be responsible for your being notified of any amendments to the solicitation. All contractors are required to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Offerors should submit verification of their firm's registration in the CCR database with their quote.
