Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE Approximately 6,590 square feet of rentable office and related space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment and 14 parking spaces. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 5,730 BOMA usable square feet. Proposed space must be located within; bounded by, on or fronting the following delineated area: North: Summer Avenue South: Nonconnah Parkway East: Houston Levee Road West: I-240 All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Ten (10) years, with five (5) firm term. OWNERS AND AGENTS: To express interest, please contact the following office no later than 4:00 PM EST, August 30, 2002. Agents must have a letter of authorization to represent the owner. EXISTING BUILDINGS ONLY ARE TO BE SUBMITTED, AS SCHEDULE DOES NOT ALLOW FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION.
