Description

Solicitation Number F29605-02-R-0029 is amended to read as follows: This service is being acquired under the acquisition of commercial procedures. Service shall commence 3 Sep 02 through 2 Aug 03 (one year only). This proposed procurement is under a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for those concerns and its affiliates is 561210 and the size standard is $5 million. Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 9 Aug 02 with receipt of proposals tentatively scheduled on or about 23 Aug 02. Past Performance Questionnaire, Attachment 6, should be mailed out to three companies who can evaluate your past performance and fax back the questionnaire to 27 CONS/AFLT, 511 N Torch Blvd, Cannon AFB, NM 88103-5109 Attn: Ms Hutcheson at (505) 784-1148 NLT 2:00 Mountain Standard Time (MST) on 22 Aug 02. Basis for award will be an integrated assessment based on tradeoff between past performance and price. The government will award the contract to the offeror who represents the best value to the Government in terms of past performance and price with past performance being significantly more important than price. Offerors are advised that award may be made without discussions. ` All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.
