Description

The 38 EIG/PKK intends to procure on a sole source basis local telephone service for the following Air Force location: Reserve recruiter site located in Greece NY. The intended contractor is FRONTIER TELEPHONE OF ROCHESTER. FRONTIER TELEPHONE OF ROCHESTER shall provide all or part of the services at the location listed above: (1) Commercial Trunks and Commercial Business Lines for common user Dial Service within the local Exchange Areas, (2) Inter/Intra Exchange Channels/Mileage from the base to various off premise locations throughout the Local Exchange Area. The period of performance will be five years from the date of contract award. The primary place of performance will be at the sites listed above. These sole source acquisitions are justified under 10 USC 2304 (c)(1). The Government intends to issue a Communication Service Authorization (CSA) for the site listed above. The CSA will be written against the Defense Commercial Communications Office (DECCO) Basic Agreement DCA200-97-H-0078. Point of contact is Cathy D.
