- The Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a contemplated, sole source, firm-fixed price contract for a propeller balance kit to Chadwick-Helmuth: 4601 N. Arden Drive, El Monte, Ca 91731. NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation with no obligation to the offeror by the Government. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number for this request for quotation is F3LGLX21980100. This requirement is for the following: CLIN 0001: Balancer/analyzer, 8500C+. CLIN 0002: Signal selector model 852. CLIN 0003: DC Power supply, 24V 4V. CLIN 0004: Cable 8500/8520C, 12 ft. CLIN 0005: Cable power 8520C, 12 ft. CLIN 0006: Case model 8500C/8520. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 336413, 1000 employee standard. Supplies will be delivered to Eglin AFB on an FOB Destination basis, please include in quote as such.
