Description

This is a commercial services, Information Technology (IT) procurement. This notice is intended for informational purposes only. The government intends to award this requirement as a sole-source to Policy Studies, Inc, DUNS: 149410573, NAICS: 541519. The service required is to provide implementation, training and documentation services for Hyland Software's Imaging System software titled "OnBase" by two OnBase Certified Installers. Implementation services included conducting a business process analysis, Tops analysis, image enabling, implementation of pilot system, implementation of full system. Each OnBase Certified Installer shall have signed an authorized reseller agreement and paid reseller fee with Hyland Software for OnBase; possess current Certified Documentation Imaging Architect (CDIA) Certification; possess current MCP Certification in one of the following: NT Server, Windows 2000 Server, SQL Server 7, MS SQL Design, or SQL 2000 Administration; have attended and passed OnBase Introduction to Install class; attended an OnBase installation with a certified OnBase Installer; attended and passed OnBase Installer Certification class, and must be a current full-time employee of an authorized OnBase reseller in good standing. Policy Studies Inc is the only known company located within Colorado with two Hyland Software certified installers.
