Description

NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requ ested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DAAD05-02-R-0053. This requirement is a brand name or equal and shall be awarded on an all or none basis. If providing an equal, provide sufficint descript ion/descriptive literature of the physical, funcitonal, or performance characteristics of the item for comparison purposes. CLIN 0001 Laser - laserpulse gemini mini dual nd:yag laser, 200mj/pulse, 15hz pulse rate; CLIN 0002 Mounts - laser mounts 7 aligmen t kit for new wave solo dual nd:yag lasers, including aligment tool; CLIN 0003 Synchronizer - laserpulse computer controlled synchronizer provides ttl signal pulses for laser flash lamps; CLIN 0004 Light Arm - laserpulse light arm for new wave gemini yag, 1.8m base, align kit, light sheet optics for mini; CLIN 0005 Camera - powerview 4m 2k2kx2k pixel resolution cross/auto correlation digital ccd camera, 8 bit output, 17; CLIN 0006 Software - insight paralel processing, piv image capture & analysis software, includes hart correlation; CLIN 0007 Computer - dual processor intel xeon 2.0 ghz pc computer, 1gb ram, pci bus, 80gb hard drive, 1.44mb 3.5; CLIN 0008 Service - system integration service - 1day; CLIN 0009 Generator - oil droplet generator. Requisition N umber W91B94 2158-0001. FOB destination Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005. Delivery is 30 days ARO. FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Comme rcial, applies to this acquisition. a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
