Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision to install concrete sidewalks and curbs of approximately 675 lineal feet on a prepared surface. The work also includes removal and disposal of old concrete pavement and matching design with park standards. The NAICS code is 235710. The small business size standard is $12.0 million. The estimated price range of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Project performance time is 45 days after issuance of notice to proceed. This project is being solicited and awarded in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, Public Law 100-656. Accordingly, it is open to both small and large businesses. The solicitation with technical specifications, drawing, and wage rates, will be posted to the websites, http://www.fedbizopps.gov and http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 26, 2002. No hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued. To receive the Request for Quotation package you must download it from http://ideasec.nbc.gov.
