Description

It is the intent of this solicitation to provide Preventive Maintenance and Repairs to Automatic Doors at the Naval Support Activity located at 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia Pa. The resultant contract will be a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity type contract. The performance period is for a Base period of 12 months from date of commencement. The contract will contain four (4) 12 month option periods which may be exercised by the Government. The total duration including exercise of options shall not exceed 60 months. The North American Industry Code is 811219. The size standard is 6,000,000.00 million. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. The solicitation will be available on or about 25 August 2002. This solicitation will be in electronic format only. The address for downloading the solicitation from the internet is http://www.esoladmin.navfac.navy.mil. All prospective offerors are required to register on the ESOL website for this procurement when solicitations become available. If you fail to register, the Government will not be responsible for you not being notified of any amendments to the solicitation. Notification of any changes to this solicitation (amendments) shall be made only on the internet. All prospective contractors must register in the central contractor registration database prior to award of a contract. Quoters are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database may render your firm ineligible for award. Registration for this solicitation is optional. You may still view plans/specifications and amendments without registering. If you register for this solicitation, you will receive a courtesy email notifying you of all amendments for this solicitation posted to this website. Registration for this solicitation, however, does not release bidders/offerors from the responsibility of checking the solicitation daily for amendments.
