- Description
- V-Bar-V Ranch Utility Systems. The project consists of construction of one new accessible restroom in an existing CMU block-on-slab building, one new recreational vehicles earth parking pad with utility connections, one new wastewater system, underground water lines and connections, and underground electrical lines with connections to new service panels and building circuits. Project is located approximately 13 miles northeast of Camp Verde, Arizona, off Interstate 17 onto Forest Road 618. Work is expected to start August 1, 2002. Contract time is 60 calendar days. Solicitation will be issued and posted on FedBizOps on or about June 25, 2000 with quotations due on July 23, 2002. Price range is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment protection (payment bond) is required. Project will be procured on an unrestricted basis.
