Description

The Federal Correctional Institution McKean, located in Lewis Run, Pennsylvania, has a requirement for on-site dental assistant services. Services will be required for a one-year base period, with a possibility for four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The Government intends to make a single award for this requirement. The estimated quantities for each twelve (12) month period of the contract are as follows: 1560 one-hour sessions. Dental assistant must have a high school diploma and be certified to perform dental assistant services. A security investigation/clearance is required. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer that will be considered for award. Written requests for the request for quote package can be mailed to the above address or faxed to the following number (570) 547-7689. NO VERBAL REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. Anticipated issue date is approximately 10/05/01. The requirement is open to large and small businesses.
