Description

The Bureau of Labor Statistics intends to award on a sole source basis under Simplified Acquisition Procedures with Fairfax Imaging, Inc, 4115 Pleasant Valley Road, Suite 100, Chantilly, VA 20151 as a sole source provider for a digital fax configuration NTE $81,000. Awarding of a sole source contract to Fairfax Imaging is justified on the grounds that Fairfax Imaging herein certifies that the Quick Modules Software proposed to the Bureau of Labor Statistics is a trademark product of Fairfax Imaging. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. All interested parties may express their interest to the Contracting Officer by the due date of this notice of intent either by e-mail, or facsimile at 202-691-6026. If there are no affirmative written responses received within (15) calendar days from the published date of this notice, The Bureau of Labor Statistics will proceed with the awarded.
