Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, National Animal Disease Center in Ames, Iowa intends to negotiate solely with Silicon Plains Technologies of West Des Moines, Iowa to provide software modifications to an existing database program written by Silicon Plains Technologies. The program is a client/server Requisition Tracking System which uses Visual Basic and Microsoft SQL server. Companies with demonstrated capability and financial capacity to provide such software modifications must submit a written substantive statement outlining the company's capabilities to the Contracting Officer within 15 days of publication of this notice. This is not a request for proposal nor is a solicitation available.
