Description

The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy intends to contract with Kongsberg Maritime Ship Systems, Inc. of West Mystic, Connecticut, on a sole source basis for the Standard License to operate the T-AO Engine Room Simulator software for the Computer Aided Operations Research Facility (CAORF) at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. Interested parties must be able to demonstrate the ability to procure the required proprietary item. See Numbered Note 22. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
