Description

NA The U.S. Army CECOM-Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order to Indigo Systems for the purchase of one (1) Indigo Merlin NIR InGaAs Camera, one (1) 50 mm lens, and one (1) High Perf Zoom Lens 10-100 C. The Indigo Merlin NIR InGaAs Camera m ust be compatible with electronics that were purchased for the Indigo Merlin Midwave Infrared imager. All work is to be performed under an anticipated fixed price purchase order. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The statutory au thority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. However, all responsible sources that can provide supporting data to demonstrate they c an successfully provide the above effort may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency. Responses should be no longer than five (5) pages. Responses are to be received via email within 15 calendar days of the date of this notice. All request s for further information must be in writing or via email, telephone requests for additional information will not be honored. You may forward responses to Ms. Susie Shupe, Contract Specialist at: susie.shupe@cacw.army.mil. Acknowledgement of receipt will be issued. See Numbered Note 22.
