Description

NA The U.S. Army CECOM-Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order to Indigo Systems for one (1) Indigo TVS-700 Infrared Radiom and one (1) 70 mm lens. A hand-held longwave radiometer is required to obtain close range target and background signa tures for sensor performance experiments. The minimum requirement for this radiometer is lightweight with on-board 25 image storage, 200 by 200 detectors resolution, 0.15K NETD at 30K sensitivity, and 8-14 micrometers wavelength. All work is to be perfor med under an anticipated fixed price purchase order. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Se rvices will Satisfy Agency Requirements. However, all responsible sources that can provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the above effort may submit a quote that shall be considered by the agency. Responses should be no lon ger than five (5) pages. Responses are to be received via email within 15 calendar days of the date of this notice. All requests for further information must be in writing or via email, telephone requests for additional information will not be honored.
